Abhay Joshi is a competition and regulatory lawyer. He graduated from Symbiosis Law Schoool, Pune and did his masters from NYU School of Law, specializing in law relating to competition and mergers and acquisitions. He has also worked briefly with Schwartz LLC in New York and with the Federal Trade Commission, North Eastern HQ, New York. He advises clients on a broad range of competition, commercial and regulatory issues and currently involved in developing Data Privacy and Protection practice at the firm's Delhi office.

Gaurav’s practice covers mergers and acquisitions (both inbound & outbound), private equity, corporate structuring and restructuring and general corporate commercial matters (including drafting commercial/ corporate contracts and corporate business operations). 

Gaurav has advised clients on setting up businesses and on day-to-day business operations in India (including corporate compliance and governance). In transactions, his role has included due diligence, negotiating and drafting definitive documents as well as assistance in completion.

Aakash Parihar is a partner at Triumvir Law, Bangalore. He is an alumnus of National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Her experience in corporate and securities laws, transactional work in M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and structured finance equips her uniquely for strategic advice on merger control. Her professional career spans 15 years. She is amongst the World’s Leading Competition Lawyers as per The International Who’s Who of Competition Lawyers & Economists, is a ranked lawyer in Chambers & Partners, was recognized as GCR’s Top 100 women in Antitrust, 2016 and is a Leading Lawyer (Asia Law). She was recognized by the Economic Times as a future business leader for its “40 under Forty” feature, 2018. She is also a published novelist.

Garima Srivastava graduated from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, India in 2015. She has extensively worked on GST laws in India in comparison with various jurisdictions. She is currently working on the impact of Brexit and the fate of customs laws in the EU. Garima has also written papers for journals of high repute in India and has recently represented India at an international workshop series conducted at the Leiden University.

She has more than 12 years of teaching and research experience. Her areas of interest include Intellectual Property Law, Cyber Law, Competition Law and Environment Law. Rahul is a Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and is based out of New Delhi offices. His practice focuses on Competition/ Anti-trust laws and Technology, Media & Telecommunication Laws. He also advises governments/ stakeholders on International Trade/ WTO law issues.
Rahul has acted as lead counsel in number of high stake matters. He has been involved in some of the landmark matters in competition law space including the cement cartel matter, wherein he successfully represented the informant against 12 cement companies.Rahul was nominated at the GCR Annual Awards at Washington DC, USA in 2013 (cement cartel matter) and 2014 (relevant turnover in Excel Crop matter).
Rahul has extensive experience in advising, assisting and representing clients on wide variety of legal, regulatory and policy issues in technology, media and telecommunication sector.
